This is a problem that is too often ignored. It is important to be aware of any problems. My father began having prostate troubles in his late 20s. By the time the doctors at the naval hospital decided it needed looking at he was 47. Diagnosis advanced cancer that has spread to his lymp nodes and bone. The doctors play prostate cancer down for younger men. if you have a history in the family you need to pay attention to any problems. My doctor does a PSA test AND the finger annually.
