I would say Blackwater, who changed their name to Xe because they were linked to murder, child ,prostitution and extortion, would be a likely bet. But their is always the CIA, they certainly have had their hand in many black operations through out our illegal occupation.

Well our CIA collaborated for decades with right-wing terrorists in Europe in bombings that the "media" blamed on the left, so you may be right. On the other hand, the recent trend seems to be to hire mercenaries to do the "dirty" work so it wouldn't suprprise me that "blackwater" is involved.
