Great. Obama broke this story this morning saying(paraphrasing) that KSM will face exacting justice in the civil court. Why have a trial if you announce he is guilty? Oh right, American justice. Give him a fair trial then hang him. Is announcing KSm"S his likely conviction jumpng at conclusions? The President implying that he will be found guilty is grounds enough to dismiss the trial. Holder and his old law firm buddies that are defending the GITMO detainees should be able to figure that one out. Besides, KSM was tortured and the Administration is attempting to bring him to trial in a jurisdiction, Manhattan, in which it will be impossible to find jurors with an unbiased view of 9/11. Change of venue coming up. End game: After years of a farcical trial, which will try Bush in absentia, KSM will walk.

screw em, eh, chip? guilty until proven innocent. not that that particular charge was one of the original grievances against king george, or anything. not that patrick henry made particular to bind that type of tyranny by including the prevention of such in the bill of rights.

Thousands being detained??? Sorry Smiley face, I just don't get the comparison between KSM and his cronies to George Washington and Thomas Jefferson and their pals. Maybe you do, but I don't. So, now, come back with some smug little sanctimonious remark about how mean I am or how much I hate America and the Constitution. Its alright , the Founding Fathers and the Marines were /are willing to protect you too.

Besides, Obama so much as called KSM guilty this morning. Case already dismissed, KSM is walking.

Won't they have a hard time finding a jury of these terrorists peers. Oh wait a second, we got some at Huffington & Media Matters to name a few. After all the radicals from Daily Kos & MSNBC especially the intellectual wannabees realize that all these terrorists need is a good talking to.

This is a huge mistake on part of the Obama administration and I feel it we will eventually come to regret it. This trail will turn more into an attempt to villify President Bush and his administration than it will in prosecuting Mohammed

This is a terrible mistake on the part of the Obama govt. These terrorists should have been tried in a military court. They were captured by the military, held prisoner by the military and should have been judged by a military tribunal. This is war. It should have been treated as such. How this was never done in WWII? Combatants captured with mass killings were executed by the military during WWII.

This is laughable. The Dems now have a chance to dump on the Republicans in their treatment of the terrorists. I don't know what in hell Bush was doing. If war was declared and the battle hymn was sung why was the war treated as a political correct war? And not as war? These animals should have been given a short military trial by an established tribunal and shot. THAT IS WAR. But it seemed that Arab oil got in the way. Bush fell for Arabian oil. Saudi Arabia stayed his hand. So far no terrorist has been executed for killing American soldiers and civilians since the so called " war " began. Seems like this is an Apple Dumpling war. As a war President Bush drop the ball. Now, the trials will excoriate him for the so called torture. This political correct war is now in place. But let me say. What Bin Laden has started will only continue with more atrocities and until the Arab world is inflamed further. He has rock star status like Michael Jackson and more and more Arabs are taking up the cause. There is no ending to this conflagration for the Jihadists are determined to fight until they achieve what they want. If we don't put our foot down now, it wiil never end.

What is hurtful and and insult to the thousands of people killed in NY and elsewhere is that terrorists were sent to enjoy themselves in the luxurious resorts of the world. That is the Obama and Democratic answer to terrorists of this world. People vote out this govt in 2012. This is ridiculous.
