with continued behavior like this is it any wonder why Hillary's supporters have new found respect for former President George W. Bush and former First Lady Laura Bush
Reply
http://hillbuzz.org/2009/11/10/thank-you-former-pr...
We know absolutely no one in Bush family circles and have never met former President George W. Bush or his wife Laura.
If you have been reading us for any length of time, you know that we used to make fun of “Dubya” nearly every day…parroting the same comedic bits we heard in our Democrat circles,
Oh, how we RAILED against Bush in 2000…and how we RAILED against the surge in support Bush received post-9/11 when he went to Ground Zero and stood there with his bullhorn in the ruins on that hideous day.
We were convinced that ANYONE who was president would have done what Bush did, and would have set that right tone of leadership in the wake of that disaster. President Gore, President Perot, President Nader, you name it. ANYONE, we assumed, would have filled that role perfectly.
Well, we told you before how much the current president, Dr. Utopia, made us realize just how wrong we were about Bush. We shudder to think what Dr. Utopia would have done post-9/11. He would have not gone there with a bullhorn and struck that right tone. More likely than not, he would have been his usual fey, apologetic self and waxed professorially about how evil America is and how justified Muslims are for attacking us, with a sidebar on how good the attacks were because they would humble us.
Honestly, we don’t think President Gore would have been much better that day. The world needed George W. Bush, his bullhorn, and his indominable spirit that day…and we will forever be grateful to this man for that.
As we will always be grateful for what George and Laura Bush did this week, with no media attention, when they very quietly went to Ft. Hood and met personally with the families of the victims of this terrorist attack.
And we are blessed to have Dick Cheney, wherever he is, keeping tabs on all that’s going on and speaking out when the current administration does anything too reckless and dangerous.
Cheney’s someone else we villainized and maligned in the past who we were also wrong about. There has never been a Vice President, including Gore, Biden, or Mondale, who was more supportive of gay rights than “Darth Cheney”. There has never been a Vice President more spot-on right about the dangers facing this country from Islamic terrorism.
We live in strange, strange times indeed.
We are now officially committed fans of George W. and Laura Bush. We are fans of Dick Cheney. Our gratitude for them makes us newly protective of them, and the continued role they play in this country.
And it only took 10 months. Now here is some real change you can believe in.-

This single frame image (from a video...from a series of shots?) reminds me of the single image taken from a video that was plastered all over the internet (and by famed poster of falsehoods, lizzie bet, here on Propeller) of Obama supposedly looking at the backside of a young woman possibly passing him by on some steps.
Reply
Turned out, because it was a still from a video, that what appeared to be true, wasn't.
Until someone can prove otherwise, I'd say it's taken out of context, and possibly isn't really what took place.
By the way, pc, how's old lizzie bet doing? Is she still wreaking havoc with her brand of courage, honesty, and integrity? -

As a still photo - and one with no soundtrack - it has no demonstrable veracity whatsoever.
Reply
I don't claim to understand the protocol fully but it appears incontestable that Obama was the senior person present.
As such wouldn't the other attendees be waiting for his lead to put their hands back at ease - and is this not at least as likely to have been the circumstance at the second when this picture was taken than the "suppositions" - or deliberate falsifications that pc 25 is perpetrating in his childish attempt to prove himself the most unpatriotic and despicable member of his impotent gang of thugs?
May I suggest boycotting these stupid racist people rather than giving them life?
I shall no longer even look at anything emanating from his stable of racist blowhards and will be blocking each and every one them. -

Actual quote from "Dreams from My Father" [pg. 100-101]: To avoid being mistaken for a sellout, I chose my friends carefully.
The more politically active black students. The foreign students. The Chicanos. The Marxist professors and structural feminists and punk-rock performance poets. We smoked cigarettes and wore leather jackets.
At night, in the dorms, we discussed necolonialism, Franz Fanon, Eurocentrism, and patriarchy. When we ground out our cigarettes in the hallway carpet or set our stereos so loud that the walls began to shake, we were resisting bourgeois society's stifling constraints.
We weren't indifferent or careless or insecure. We were alienated. But this strategy alone couldn't provide the distance I wanted, from Joyce or my past.
After all, there were thousands of so-called campus radicals, most of them white and tenured and happily tolerated. No, it remained necessary to prove which side you were on, to show your loyalty to the black masses, to strike out and name names. -

Now more seriously, shouldn't you guys be over at the abortion article. We really need some input as to why your party is apparently pro abortion behind closed doors?
By the way, i love the way you guys hover over Obama, dissecting and evaluating every little action and then going wild with your colour commentating. It is a good thing you do not have access to his toilet, or we would have to hear what he is doing wrong in there also. Anyhow, keep up the good work, these ground breaking stories are really turning me on, it is like Watergate all over dude. -

Actually no Slate i don't. That is too much hitler youth kind of stuff for me, i am not a blind follower. I judge a leader by his actions not by bs protocol that means squat. An exception to this would be if he was seated with his feet up on the table guring the playing of the national anthem, that might bother me just a bit. me thinks you guys have been led around by false patriotism a bit too much. I understand you need to be, or they could not convince you to keep exporting war and death so easily. I personally think that you are just a little dissappointed that he is not the messiah but just a man.
Reply
Seriously though guys, i know you do not have much ammo to use on the man, and you need to look at every action, but you are kind of looking like fools to myself and the rest of the world. Just thought you might like to know. -

As I noted to Klarissa, your hatred is so intense - along with your racism - that you continually attempt to make Obama out to be a 'hater' or a 'racist' so that you can justify your own true feelings.
All in all, I can only feel sorry for you, that you have become such unhappy haters and so blind to any sort of truth.
Admit your hatred - be honest, just for ONCE ....-

Really, Obama has no respect for this country. When the supposed leader of the free world refuses to pay respect to the flag of this country but salutes the Russian flag, it sends a very loud and clear signal to the enemies of this country. Pity all you kool aid drinking, Obama loving, America hating, Obamite Droids do not realize this.

How come none of you are over commenting on my post about the RNC having abortion benefits since 1991 with their health care?
Reply
How come all you can come up with is our President making a small mistake and trying to turn it into a major fiasco? Geez, he hasn't been in office for a year and he doesn't have it all down pat yet, but the Stock Market closed over 10,000 this week so he is all right in my book!!! Go Obama!!!!
Now, back to the FACT that the RNC has abortion procedures OK in their Health Care package, I will take your silence as it is O.K, and you all approve of the RNC health package that they have had since 1991. So the RNC is pro-choice since 1991-

Here is a true story my friend.
Reply
A few weeks ago a fellow worker showed me a pic on his cell phone. Now I thought this guy was pretty alright and I was ready to laugh at what I was gonna see.
It was a swingset with a noose over it with a sign saying: Nig*er Swing For Sale. I was stunned by this. With a frozen half smile on my face I said, "I like my President and I voted for him". The guy said to me, "Then why are you smiling?" "I'm not," I said, "I'm stunned." At that point he proceeded into a rant about how This President has ruined this country etc etc. I told him I didn't like to talk politics and walked away.
Need I say more?

You know. This is MUCH more embarassing than starting a mutiple-hundreds-of-billions dollar war and killing tens (if not hundreds) of thousands of innocents based on falsified and cherrypicked evidence. Much more embarassing than saying the Constitution is just a piece of paper, and starting death squads and torture units.

What else would you expect from a non-American? Obama and his minions are a constant embarrassment to America and it's people. You need to remember that Obama is a Muslim at heart with vastly radical ideas as to his interpretation of America and what he feels it should be. They differ from what true Americans feel, but as I've stated Obama is not an American.

Who TF cares... Making this an important issue, worthy of a story, is nothing more than grasping at straws as the water rises. What it does mean to me is... PC25 and his/her group are desperate to discredit "their president" and by doing so they hurt country as well. This is not a president that took the USA into a unneeded war, that killed thousands .... this is a president, that is trying to recover from the mistakes made by the previous administration.
