Working through the Real Estate/Mortgage bubble created by government and quasi-government guarantees over the last half century will be a very long, slow and painful process. The danger remains that the bubble will not truly work itself out, but will only be re-ignited by an even more pervasive government guarantee system that was put into place to stop the previous bubble-fed crash from wrecking the U.S. and world economy.

Frankly, government guarantees of everything from Real Estate to retirement to healthcare are backing this country into an ever more dangerous corner... from which the only exit will be a Weimar style inflation.-

Did I miss something,not a word about illegales who at this time are busting city,and state budgets up,and down California,and across this nation,and the leftist and their leaders are cheering them on.If a republican,or conserveive is againest illegal immigration the left is one hundred percent for it.
