Soooo- where do they stay in New York during the trial??
Are they flown back and forth each day.
Try them in Illinois - they all thought this plan up - let it happen in their state - follow the money - they want the federal largesse to pay for the prison - let them have the threats too. -

My answer to the question posed is: "I do not know, but I do
not care. They should be brought to trial and New York City
is the appropriate place to do it. If it puts me at risk,
that is OK with me: I am willing to take on some risks for my
principles." -

I think it's a threat to national security, irrespective of where it occurs. I think it's naive to think that people who commit acts of war against the U.S. should be treated to courts that should be reserved for our citizens who break laws but are not commiting acts of war.
