Ignoring the advice of anti-pot City Attorney Carmen Trutanich, two Los Angeles City Council committees yesterday rejected a proposed ban on sales of medical marijuana.

    Trutanich is an insufferable oaf who should be voter-recalled from office, and sent packing. Kudos to the LACC, thus far at least.

      supposedly there are more medical marijuana dispensaries than starbucks in LA.

      so good luck trying to put that genie back in the bottle.
