The thing that will be forced out in the open in a public trail like this is all of the secrets that libs like you want to be exposed to the world and hamstring our intelligence agencies. This the reason to try him in from of a military tribunal. They used them when Washington was president and it makes sure that any secret never see the light of day but are used in the trail if needed. Keep in mind that they had already entered guilty pleas in that trial but Obama stopped them before they could start.

Radical libs want to make our nation defenseless to our enemies by making our methods open to the public. The Muslim terrorists are laughing themselves silly over this.

There is the liberal lie again. He went to only one doctors office to get his prescriptions. All of the Doctors there had his file before in front of them when they wrote one.

PS. You are doing the typical ad hominem attack. Never discuss the story but attack the person. Truth at that time makes no difference. -

About a sixth of the population falls at least one standard deviation below average IQ. That means there are roughly 50,000,000 Americans with an IQ below 85. About an eighth falls at least two standard deviations below average--that's 37,500,000 Americans with an IQ of 70 or lower.

FTA: (Limpballs is) a college drop-out who, said his mother, flunked almost all of his classes in his only year in college, was declared 4-F in the draft, and now hails on 600 radio stations as the mouthpiece for the right-wing fringe. The reality is that flag-waving fact-impaired Rush Limbaugh has no idea what American ideals are, nor does he have respect for the legal history of the United States or the power of the Constitution.

Isn't it interesting that the extreme right views a college drop-out, drug addicted, 4-F chicken hawk as their standard bearer? Says a lot about the right.-

I find it very amusing that for all of the posts here detesting the hatred that Limbaugh has for the left, most of you seem to have just as much hatred to throw back at the right.

Thanks for showing us how wrong Rush is for spewing hatred and how right you guys are for spewing hatred. It clears up everything-

Hatred for the acts of an individual are miles in difference than hatred for entire groups.
Reply
You should know that.
People here are NOT expressing hatred, they are calling out an individual, and his individual acts that promote hatred..
Come on Tod..playing dumb does not befit you.
What you're saying here is that it is prejudiced to hate prejudice people..Kinda dumb, isn't it? -

FTA- He (Obama announced that the Department of Justice would "prosecute these cases vigorously," and would seek the death penalty in each case. President Obama had said earlier that day he was "absolutely convinced that Khalid Sheik Mohammad [the alleged mastermind behind 9/11, and the other defendants] will be subject to the most exacting demands of justice. The American people insist on it, my administration will insist on it."
Limbaugh called the decision a "disgusting travesty perpetuated here by Barack Obama." That was just the beginning of his rant. Over the next few minutes, Limbaugh said the decision to bring terrorists to trial was solely "to satisfy the rabid, radical, far left that hates this country; that hates George W. Bush; that hates the U.S. military."
Limbaugh opposed the use of lawyers; several times he branded them as leftist and Marxist, disregarding the reality that membership in the American Bar Association skews to the right. Although he came from a family of lawyers, he disregarded Constitutional guarantees that require even the most heinous of criminals to be assured their rights, including the right to be represented by an attorney. While erroneously claiming that terrorists have no rights, Limbaugh also objected to providing the defendants "fairness," because in what he called the "new America," fairness is something created by "a bunch of radical leftists." He claimed that the defendants didn't even deserve lawyers because, in the world of Rush Fairytale Logic, the lawyers would use the courts to attack the United States. -

Rush Limbaugh and Walter Brasch are both playing roles. Limbaugh is the crazy lyncher and Brasch is the voice of reason. Neither mentions the forbidden words: "inside job," and "false flag terrorism." Neither Brasch nor Limabaugh notice that the new KSM imposter doesn't even resemble the 2003 fake, not to mention the real KSM in the old passport photo.

This article is complete, misunderstood BS. This guy is as guilty of what it is he accuses Limbaugh. It is rediculous how divisive the left and right have become. Dem's idea of bi-partisan is when Republicans agree with them. It never works the other direction. So, the argument that the Republicans are "evil" and "unwilling" to cooperate with the Dems is total bs. Rush is right. If you listened to him without your leftist preconceived notions, you may find yourself in agreement. But, we all know that will never happen.

FTA- He attacked the federal judiciary, claiming, "There are a bunch of radical leftists on our federal bench," all of whom apparently, if you believed the Mouth That Roared, are governed by such mundane and useless rules like—well—the Constitution of the United States. What Limbaugh didn't say, possibly because the facts didn't agree with his own distorted version of reality, is that there are more conservative judges than liberal judges in the federal judiciary. About one-third of all federal judges were appointed by George W. Bush, with a majority of all judges appointed by Ronald Reagan and the two Bushes. Limbaugh, in his deliberate distortion of facts also didn't point out that 62 percent of all appeals court judges were appointed by Republican presidents, and that conservatives are the majority on 10 of the 13 appeals courts. He also failed to point out that six of the nine Supreme Court justices were appointed by Republican presidents. The Republican-dominated federal courts have cut down several unconstitutional provisions of the PATRIOT Act; the Republican-dominated Supreme Court has twice rebuked the Bush–Cheney Administration for procedures that are blatantly unconstitutional. In one major decision, conservative Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, speaking for the majority, ruled, "Any process in which the Executive's factual assertions go wholly unchallenged or are simply presumed correct without any opportunity for the alleged combatant to demonstrate otherwise falls constitutionally short . . . [T]he constitutional limitations safeguarding essential liberties . . . remain vibrant even in times of security concerns." -

Having read the article I think it's fair to say that the author does not have a very high opinion of Rush. I also say that they, the terrorists, should not have been brought to the States for prosecution. They should have finished the Military Tribunal than executed them.

"Finished the FAIR Millitary Tribunal in which the SUSPECTED terrorists are given lawyers and FULL access to their rights and IF they are guilty of the crimes THEN they get a punishment that fits the crime they are guilty of which includes but does NOT PRECLUDE execution/capital punishment/death penalty."
You're making the fallacy of assuming that everybody who was in there is actually a terrorist, that's false logic, it doesn't fly. -

Rush may be all of the things you libs say he is, I don't know, I work for a living and don't listen to him. But I really don't have to. For a group such as yours to take so much effort to make sure you tell everyone just how bad Rush is, you all seem to know exactly what Rush speaks of, on a daily basis. You talk about the mindless idiots who listen to Rush, yet all of you seem to have first-hand knowledge of what he says, again, on a daily basis.
Reply
OK, for the slow ones like jakey, "You accuse anyone who listens to Rush as not being able to formulate an independent thought, but you all seem to know what Rush says, daily".
And finally, a third time for the likes of donny and chuckie, I am calling you out as "closet listeners" of the Rush Limbaugh show. (Sorry for the redundancy, but people like donny and chuck have a real hard time with retention. Comes with the title they have, I guess.
It is a crying shame that we don't have a way to insist that schools in our country can teach reading comprehension to our youth. Most of you libs read the article, glanced around and found a couple of things you could latch onto, and ran off to the races making comments that were hateful towards Republicans, Conservatives, G.O.P., And yes, Rush himself. But in doing so, you failed to get the point of the article. The writer was bashing Rush for lashing out, and he accused Rush of doing the exact same things that you libs lined up to do here. And when this sad fact was pointed out to you, none of you could make the distinction. Does the phrase "We have met the enemy, he is us", mean anything to any of you?-

Um no, I think the author was reacting to Rushes lies and distortions of what American ideals are, the legal history of the United States and the power of the Constitution. I don't think he ever referred to Limbaughs corrosive style.
Oh and fyi, the people who listen to Elrushbo to dissect his lies are different than the dittohead who believe his every rant.

According to this author and esteemed professor, all the poor Nazi's that had military trials were treated unfairly and unconstitutionaly. Also , let me make it clear that those who protest the Gov. are called Tea Party goers which is different from you "brown-nosers" of the Obama Administration. By proximity alone, this author and other brown-nosers should be considered the real "teabaggers".

I personally love it when someone compares the Nazis of Germany and their crimes conquering of Europe to the Radical Muslim extremist and their conquering of ...um of....what did they conquer again? Oh yeah they won Afghanistan (by default) in the 90's when Russia left and America no longer cared. The international military tribunal that tried the Nazi members was completely legal. What did our Supreme court tell the Bush Administration about the tribunals they were attempting down there?

On the tea (party goers?). Mostly they are the rements of the fracture pseudo-conservative movement now trying to hijack another grass roots ideal. Libertarianism. Libertarians talk about limited government, free markets, personal responiblity and freedom. Pseudo-libertarians talk about how horrible the socialist/marxist/redistributor-in-cheif/commie/no... in the whitehouse (and all the brwon-noses who follow him) is destroying our country.
