    Those people are not only very courageous, they are a kind of "warners in the desert". Even if the camp is closed, they have shown to the world the importance to protect at least the rest of the rainforest. Maybe that some sceptics are smiling at them, holding them for ridiculous "green dreamers", but how could a body exist without a lung?

      The Earth is stressed from the amount of human activity on it. We can all help it out. You don't need to be an activist. All you need to do is try to be a little greener today than yesterday. Combine your trip to the bank with your trip to the store or say "I don't need a bag" for the two items you've just bought and easily carried to the checkstand without one. We owe it to our children and grands to leave the Earth at least as good as we arrived here.
