Middle-aged men and women who engage in high levels of physical activity may be unknowingly causing damage to their knees and increasing their risk for osteoarthritis, according to a study presented today at the annual meeting of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA).

    so pick your poison.

    Want to be otherwise Physically Fit and Healthy with worn out joints (like me) or Sit on your butts and mess up those joints anyways from hauling around that spare tire around your middle(or maybe die from the side effects before you can mess them up).

    I think in the past the 1st choice was always just called
    (Getting Old) It's really not all that bad.

    I have no intention of turning in this body with no sign of living. I guarantee this body will have have some really serious wear by the time I am done. You better live your life while you can because there's no guarantee that there will even be a tomorrow.
