Micheletti, que desafiou a opinião mundial aoimpedir a volta de Manuel Zelaya ao cargo do qual foi deposto, disse que o selo irá celebrar a defesa dos valores nacionais. O político foi eleito presidente interino pelo Congresso no dia em que o Exército expulsou Zelaya do país, reagindo à sua às suas manobras para alterar a Constituição e disputar um novo mandato.
